About Michael Kalfus

Mike Kalfus is a seasoned life science marketer, communications expert, and customer experience marketing executive with a proven track record of utilizing innovative technologies and data driven analytic approaches to solving business problems. 

Mike recently served as Senior Vice President of Business Development – Global Customer Experience at Eversana Engage. In this role Mike was responsible for leading Eversana Engage’s Omni-Channel Customer Experience business unit. Since joining in 2017 Mike has developed the nascent customer experience division into an innovative and profitable business unit by exceeding growth expectations by over 40% and securing multiple million-dollar+ new business deals across both pharmaceutical and medical device organizations. 

Prior to joining Eversana Engage, Mike had fifteen years of entrepreneurial experience by founding and developing a successful Global Communications Consulting firm that helped both small and large life science companies develop a more data driven and analytical approach to patient and HCP marketing.

Before founding his own consulting firm, Mike led Pfizer’s Global Direct to Patient (DTP) Relationship Marketing (RM) capability as well as led the organization’s patient education and multi-cultural teams as Director, Team Leader.  Prior to this Mike rose through the management ranks for a Consumer-Packaged Goods company, working on brand’s such as Robitussin, Primatene as well as Rx to OTC Switch Candidates.   

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. He’s undergone leadership training at Harvard University and is a frequent presenter at national and international customer experience conferences.
